General educational aim/s:
To create a safe, supportive environment were the youth can explore and experiment there own personal development.

Specifc artistic aim/s:
To explore pastel paints with their fingers, and allowing the youth to share paint and work together.

Materials:
Pencils and pastel paint.

Subject matter:
Exploration

Motivation:
We would the youth to explore their likes and work on exploring themselves and the happiness using their handsas tools to create.

Lesson structure and methods:
We start off with letting go and sharing belief, then sharing and discussing the smile campaign. We then share the WIBP vision,

Then exploring the drawing music using pencils and exploring the beat and the rhythm of the music with your hand. We then explored the new medium, using their fingers. Visualization was introduced and everyone was encouraged to visualize the week ahead. What they would like to happen.

The Secret Artwork theme was introduced, asking the youth to create an artwork that they could only interpret. After they completed their artworks they were encouraged to everyday visualize and see how and what they would like to see in their lives for the week ahead.

Idea for lessons to follow:
Allow more time in preparing the venue, plan the session in more details, allow for a bit of feedback. Need to get paint brushes to allow the youth to explore paint brushes. Use newspaper as a support when paint to it is much easier to clean up when using such a messy medium.
